What we collect and why

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this website and deliver services.

Contact messages: name, email, phone, company, and message fields you submit. Used solely to respond and quote. Legal basis: legitimate interests / steps prior to contract. Retention: 90 days unless ongoing work requires longer.
Project data: content, brand assets, and access credentials you provide during delivery. Used only to deliver the contracted work. Legal basis: contract. Retention: for the life of the engagement plus a reasonable archive period.
Server logs: IP address and browser type may be recorded briefly by hosting infrastructure for security. Not used for advertising. Retention: typically under 72 hours unless investigating abuse.
Analytics & cookies: only after consent where required. See our Cookie policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not share your data with advertisers or retargeting platforms by default.

Data processors

Hosting, email, form delivery, and analytics providers may process data as processors under UK GDPR Article 28. We only use processors that provide appropriate safeguards.
